SAMSA Online Services

The SAMSA Online services system allows seafarers to apply for certificates digitally, which will grant users transparency through real-time application status updates.

Certificates that can be applied through the system are: Officer in charge of a navigational watch - STCW Reg II/1, Chief Mate (<3000GT) - STCW Reg II/2, Master (<3000GT) - STCW Reg II/2, Chief Mate - STCW Reg II/2, Master - STCW Reg II/2. More services will be added in phases.
